Imagine waking up in the morning to the sun sparkling on the waters of majestic Kentucky Lake and feeling like you have found Heaven here on Earth. Here at Buchanan Resort, we offer accommodations that are modern and comfortable to fit any size group or budget. All of our lodgings are air conditioned and heated and come with cable television for indoor relaxation. Charcoal grills, picnic tables, and patio furniture are provided for outdoor relaxation. We also furnish daily maid service to make you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.

General Lodging Information

RESERVATIONS:
All lodging is subject to 9.25% local tennessee tax and 5% room tax. All lodging can reserved on a nightly basis with the exception of the LODGES which there is a 2 night minimum. Holiday weekends there is a 3 night minimum on all lodging and camping.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS:
A deposit is required to make reservations. Deposits are equal to a one night rental and can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Our cancellation policy is refund upon 3 weeks notice with a 15% service charge on all refunds and cancellations.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES:
Check in is daily after 3:00pm until 7:00 pm. If you are going to be later than 7:00pm please phone ahead and we will be glad to make arrangements for your late arrival. Check out time is 12:30 pm.

NO PETS ALLOWED IN COTTAGES OR ROOMS!

All children 11 and under are $7.00 each.
